which shangri-la buffet?

celebrating my bday this week and me and family usually enjoys buffet for celebs. im eyeing shangri-la’s buffets: HEAT at edsa shang or CIRCLES at makati shang.

which is better? price doesnt matter. i value the variety of food, i usually go for the meats, sushis, and dessert, and the vibe or ambiance matters as well.
