Help finding casual multiplayers

Hey guys, sorry if i'm using this reddit wrongly.

I'm a full time worker guy with interest in mmos in general, not only RPGs. But because my free time is quite small, I tend to avoid games that grind a lot.

I was looking for something casual to play with friends. Big or small, that doesnt require big time investments.

I dont want any FPS, i don't like them. But can be anything else, even some mini-games oriented mmos. I don't care about monetization either.
