Got a flare up right before I have to travel: what do I do?

So I have had HS since 2015, I'm 25 now and I'm not sure exactly what stage it is but I get recurring boils in mostly my underarms. It began with my right underarm and eventually I got it in my left underarm as well. As of right now, my left underarm is alright and has been for a while now but the right one is always either an open wound or a boil most of the year. The open wound in the right one was open for most of last year and last to last week it had finally closed up and calmed down. Now last week we had this family get together and I had red meat for two days in a row and since then I have noticed the right underarm flare up again. I'm assuming that is the reason behind the flare up. I'm travelling in 2 days for a whole week for a vacation to a hot and beachy place. I have started giving my right underarm a warm compress because I'd rather have an open wound but how can I expediate that process and also have a comfortable vacation. It's sooooo annoying, It's like my HS KNOWS when I will travel. It's ruining my life.
