Uni choice advice, KCL or Exeter

I have been offered a place at both KCL and Exeter uni, at KCL for war studies and exeter for politics and IR. I do the IB and KCL is asking for 36 while exeter is asking for a 34, both high grades but not too difficult to get. In terms of the uni's I'm looking for a good uni with a good student and night life, and I'm not sure what to firm. If i firm exeter I can get accepted at 33 points as well so its a safe choice, but KCL has an amazing reputation and war studies is an amazing course, but maybe a worse student experience.

Anyways, I'm not sure what to choose but what are any suggestions that anyone has for choosing between these courses and uni's. Anything would help!
