Counter to madara’s curse tag ?

So what I am saying is does the earth grudge fear kinjutsu used by Kakuzu counter madara’s curse tag. So if obito learned this technique and stole like some hearts and destroyed the heart with the curse tag in it will that remove it ? If so are there any other jutsus that counter the tag ?
