Did RWS lowered pay rate?

So, today I got an invitation for a task for my local language and the pay rate is 1 euro lower than my usual rate. The first invitation was for my second language and I thought it was the rate for that language, but I was surprised to see the same offer for my primary language. Is it just my locale or RWS lowered the rate?
