Honey customer service doesn't answer emails

I'm unsure why PayPal acquired Honey for its cashback system. I used the PayPal app built into my browser, but I received no cashback. When I contacted customer service, I received no response for a whole week. some other cashback platforms have their missing cash back system where you can enter manually details. hoping that PayPal will get rid of honey for good.
