Need Suggestions

Hey All,

In the need of a street legal e-motorcycle and I'm stuck between these brands. My commute is 10 miles each way and I'm not any kind of speed demon whatsoever. I'm just looking for the most reliable and decent build quality at this point. Ive narrowed it down to these 4. What do you guys think ? And yes it HAS to be street legal. TIA !
