Bugs post Free Lanes patch

Overall the patch has been positive but I have discovered 2 minorly annoying bugs that seem to be new.

1. Sneak attack multiplier is no longer calculating properly. My sneak attack multiplier used to be 3.1. 3.0 from concealment and then the extra .1 from stealth perk and silenced weapon. Now I am just getting 3.0.

2. Heller's cutter seems to have lost its Disassembler legendary effect and now functions just as a regular cutter with no bonus.

Has anyone else found anything similar?
