Help, i don’t know what to do to get her back

I don’t know what to do,

Every time i get a message from this girl(my ex), my heart just jumps and it gets so painful.

Even, any other notification that I get on my phone, the simple thought of whether it’s from her or not just makes my heart so jumpy and it’s painful.

I honestly don’t know what to do.

I couldn’t take it anymore and so i begged her to come back and it still didn’t work, she says that she has moved on but I find it hard to move on.

She even threatened to block since I was calling her soo many times to come back😭

I can go some time without feeling anything for her and quite happy that we both moved on but there are days and times when i just can’t take it anymore.

I lay on my bed and my heart just beats so fast and I get heart palpitations and it gets difficult for me to breathe and think straight.

I’ve done enough of that, focus on your work, spend time with family advice.

It only manages to help me for a while.

Is this love or yearning or whatever because I genuinely do not understand
