Hospital treatment

Rant

waking up, face down in the street, surrounded by random people, police and paramedics having pissed yourself and not know where you are, who anyone is and why it's all happening is not fun.

then you have to spend 24 hours in the observation ward with a guy who has early onset dementia and has to be physically restrained, an old man who's literally dying and a girl who is screaming because she is in some sort of episode. Getting treated like a human pin cushion and have the nurse inject your IV with something that they refuse to explain. On top of that, you're not allowed any water.

the "system" treats epilepsy like it's nothing. like, mate, I just had a plastic tube shoved down my neck so I don't die and came back to the universe with an oxygen mask on my face.

all I need to do is be at home and on the bed or sofa.
