Looking for some hope

So I just got my cod upgrade decision and they denied it. I haven't received the full packet so I don't know the reason why. I initially filed in 2023 but didn't send in all the paperwork they asked for so they denied it back then.

Fast forward to November of last year, I filed a supplemental claim with treatment records a Nexus letter from my psychiatrist, lay statements from buddy I served with, my father, and friends I had before during and after the military. Also a letter from a friend who's known me since I've been in recovery for the last 10 plus years.

I thought I sent in every possible piece of evidence I could. I guess without knowing why they denied it, I don't know my next move. I have a Vera call scheduled for 11:30 and I'm hoping they can give me some answers. It just kind of feels like a gut punch. Just looking for maybe some positive words or other people's experience.
