Questionable “Guest Account” Sale?

Hi! I could guidance from this experienced community.

I do know there have been some scam issues.

I’m afraid my sale 2 days ago may be one.

I packed up an item I sold and messaged the person letting them know I was on my way to ship.

I got back an auto message from Poshmark saying she was a “guest user” and could not receive messages.

When I checked out the user profile they just had an “@“ for their info.

I’m afraid they’ll claim they didn’t receive the package and cancel, leaving me no way to get in touch directly.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

Is this a set up for a potential scam? My gut says to cancel the sale.
