Stolen Account, Automated Rejections – Urgent Assistance Needed

PUBG Mobile account was stolen on May 1st, 2025. Immediately afterward, the hacker changed the email, phone number, and unlinked all connections. Yes, you’re probably wondering why I didn’t address it right away, but at that time I had stopped playing the game and didn’t care about it anymore because I didn’t see a future in it. However, now I want to return to the game, which is why I am taking strong action to recover it.

I have provided all the necessary information to prove that I am the owner. I also submitted additional evidence that was not even requested.

•	I provided all transactions I made in 2024–2025

•	All names of people I played with, names of my former teammates, all devices, regions, and all login dates

•	I also provided the exact registration date, every email and phone number, including the date when they were added

Despite all this information, my claims are constantly rejected and I keep receiving automated responses after each rejection.

The hacker is still logging into the game, and I am worried they may use cheats or sell the account, which I believe might have already happened.

I am asking for just one thing: for a real person to review this. Please, if anyone from PUBG MOBILE sees this, reconsider my case. I have all the important and necessary information; I just need someone to actually look at it and verify.
