DVLT might be one of the cleaner ways to play the tokenization trend right now
I’ve been trying to find names that actually connect to the tokenization trend in a practical way, not just through buzzwords, and DVLT keeps coming back up.
What I like here is the combination of timing and numbers.
First, the macro side.
Tokenization just got a major push forward. The SEC approval of Nasdaq’s tokenized securities framework in March basically legitimized the concept. At the same time, the RWA market has moved from around $24B to about $28B in just a couple of months. Tokenized Treasuries alone are already over $12B.
That kind of growth usually attracts more capital, more participants, and more infrastructure demand.
Now look at DVLT.
They reported about $39.1M in revenue for 2025, compared to roughly $2.7M in 2024. That’s over 10x growth. Q4 alone accounted for about $33.8M, which suggests momentum is still building rather than slowing down.
They also hit a profitability milestone in a recent quarter, which is something most companies at this stage don’t achieve.
Then there’s the positioning.
With exchanges like Nasdaq, NYSE, and crypto platforms all moving toward tokenized markets, the need for asset onboarding, pricing, and validation becomes more important. That’s not optional infrastructure, that’s required for the system to scale.
DVLT’s focus on data monetization and asset-related infrastructure fits into that need.
From a market perspective, the stock has been consolidating after previous moves, which is usually where setups start forming if the underlying story continues improving.
What stands out to me is that this isn’t just a narrative play anymore. You have:
- Real revenue growth
- Improving fundamentals
- Strong macro tailwinds
- Increasing institutional involvement in the sector
When those pieces line up, small caps can re-rate pretty quickly if attention comes back.
Feels like one of those situations where the broader trend is still early, but the groundwork is already being laid.
Would not be surprised if this space gets a lot more crowded over the next 12 to 24 months.
