2 days away from 12 months since diagnosis with PUK but no pre-titration form

Apart from raising a complaint which i have already done. Can anyone reassure me I will soon receive my pre-titration forms as I was diagnosed on 10th April 2025 and I am really fed up and can't stop wondering why it's not my turn yet :,(
