Need Recommendations in ID/UT

Our friends in Boise are no longer available for us to visit in late May. Plans before and after Boise are already set. We now need ideas for a place or places to go for two nights as we travel from Yellowstone to Park City, UT. We will have already visited the Jackson, WY/Grand Teton area. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
