Query regarding slaughters summer vacation

Hey everyone, I’ll be attending slaughters summer work experience in n a couple of months and had a couple of questions. They told us the scheme isn’t assessed for a TC but everyone will be offered TC interviews in the last week: does anyone know how much, if at all, the actual vac scheme work will influence that final decision? Also, just curious if anyone knows the conversion rate for those who have attended the work experience? Thanks
