I've been rejecting this guy for the past 3 months yet he is so persistent

I broke up with my boyfriend early February.

And by late February a guy in my college has been asking me out, I've told him i haven't moved on and I'm not ready for a relationship yet he is still going on asking me out.

it has come to an extent it's lowkey annoying me, but i don't wanna be mean to him.... but no matter what I say he doesn't understand me. He keeps saying he'll wait then going on asking me if we can at least date.

to be honest he is not my type, he is good looking, tall but just not my type. And i did tell him that though but still he keeps on going telling me he likes me. And ik even if we date it won't work out he wants different things from what I want.

i actually haven't moved on from my ex either, I still think about him stalk his acc occasionally wonders what he is doing and cry to my sleep so obviously I'm not ready to be ina relationship and this guy is not getting it. and it's literally annoying like, he has been in a relationship before and he himself says it took him half a year to get over that girl....

I don't know what to do, our vacation starts soon I'm hoping he'll meet someone during that time.

Edit : I did told him no the first time he asked me, I said I haven't moved on afterwards thinking maybe that will stop him from pursuing me.

Tldr: A guy in my class is so persistent for me to date him even after I keep rejecting him.
