still cant ejaculate

so im 13 and you will think i should wait a bit, but i have been showing signs of puberty since i was 9, thats when i started to grow pubic hairs down there and sudden errections, armpit hairs at 10, broad shoulders at 12 and that was my biggest growth spurt so far. i am 5’8 and am already growing a beard, it’s still short but visible. i have never cut my pubes and am scared to but am also kinda insecure cause it’s so long it’s nearly as big as my penis. but with all that i still cant ejaculate. is it one of the late stages of puberty or should i be worried
