Breaking down my AI video stack: From automated scripting to VPS cloud rendering.
Fully automated YouTube pipeline using Python + Kling/Wan AI (My workflow for 24/7 channels)
I’ve been obsessed with optimizing the YouTube automation workflow recently. After testing dozens of tools, I’ve finally settled on a stack that allows me to run niche channels (Real Estate & Health) with minimal manual input.
Here is the exact stack I’m using right now:
• Visual Generation: I moved away from stock footage. I’m currently using Kling and Wan AI to generate custom clips that perfectly match the script. It makes the content unique and prevents the "reused content" flag.
• Automation Logic: I wrote a Python-based pipeline that handles everything from calling the Gemini API for scripts to stitching the clips using MoviePy.
• The "Human-in-the-Loop" Step: I still manually review the first 5 seconds (The Hook). This increased my average view duration on Shorts by almost 40%.
• Cloud Deployment: Everything is hosted on a VPS. The rendering and scheduling run on a cron job, so I don’t even have to keep my PC on.
The goal was to create "High-Quality" automated content that doesn't look like typical AI spam. So far, the engagement in the Real Estate niche has been solid.
I’ve documented the entire step-by-step technical breakdown—including the specific prompts and script logic—into a guide for anyone who wants to replicate this.
Since this sub has been so helpful, I’m happy to share the link if anyone is interested in the full blueprint. Just let me know in the comments!
