38[M4F] Allen little things

I am 38, physician, in a terrible marriage which I can not get out of due to kids, little support system for wife snd psych issues. I have not had sex with anyone in the 13 years I have been married. There is absolutely no intimacy and I miss kissing, cuddling and holding someone in my arms. I am hoping to find someone in a similar situation. My work schedule is very flexible (will explain later). We can meet in public first and go from there.
