I Can't play because of this Pop up message.

It's been a while since I last played Fallout 4 and deiced to reinstall it again. I opened the game and this popup message won't leave my screen. I Press every button and nothing happens and game's mouse cursor won't appear as well. I already restarted the game trice and reinstalled it. Still won't fix it. Is there any other way to fix this? Please help! Thank you in advance!
