Recommended EV for NL

Just started looking into buying EV with NL & due to my work I only have SG Fleet available. Their interest rate is 7.7x% on the first quote I got.

I liked BMW iX2 in terms of how it drives & felt but I don't think this is financially reasonable choice due to my salary

1. How do I budget for public charging with NL? I currently live in an apartment and waiting on body corporate for EV charging option in the garage but I may only have public charging available for a while.
2. Will SG fleet negotiate on interest rate or is this fixed for my employer?

I'm looking at 5 year lease to keep the impact on take home pay low but I'm concerned about depreciation on EVs specially when there is a rapid growth in tech every single year. I feel like I should just keep my current 10 yo petrol BMW but I really want to swap to EV cars.
