Would love to get an opinion from people here on my first long form 4 minute video

I genuinely don’t understand stats much on YouTube so I hope someone can explain to me what can I do ? For reference I’m in the Anime Niche. I record my voiceover and edit my video from photos or old funny memes to create a nice and enjoyable video something light hearted.

It’s also my escape from reality of current chaos around the world.

One mistake I feel I did is not including subtitles the same way I did in every shorts video, another thing my script was okay but I feel it needs a lot of work still. I’m not a great writer yet. And voiceovers need a lot of work.

My thumbnail was simple: the anime character I’m talking about with a circle and arrow on her magic Wand. And wrote “secret to her power”

And my title was “unexpected reasons she’s so powerful”

I am excluding her name cause I want the video to grow naturally don’t want to promote it to non anime fans and confuse the algorithm I guess.
