What Canadian betting site/app has the best SGP builder for NBA?

I went down a bit of a rabbit hole last month looking for best bookmaker for NBA same-game parlays in Canada. I couldn't find any actual comparison that went deeper than "bet365 is good", so I did a little analysis myself.

I made a list of 42 NBA market categories (match markets, player props, milestones, etc) and went through 14 Canadian sites one by one to see what you can actually combine in a same-game parlay.

Here's the short version:

Stake came out on top by a pretty wide margin. Across the 42 events I tested, Stake supported 76% of them. Steals, blocks, turnovers, assists by quarter are all present, stuff most other sites don't even offer. Honestly I was a bit shocked as I didn't use their sportsbook last year because they were completely missing a SGP tool.

bet365 and Play Alberta were next at 57%. Play Alberta was another shock as most provincial books are well behind the international players. bet365 is no surprise, it's also my favourite SGP tool to use as its the most user friendly on mobile IMO.

PowerPlay and Coolbet returned identical markets and identical prices in every single test. Pretty clear that they're using the same sportsbook provider, but I'm not actually sure which one.

Pinnacle was a bit of a letdown for SGPs specifically. The parlay builder is confusing and the market selection is really thin on a per-game basis.

BC Game and Gamdom are pretty similar to each other too. Low overall coverage but they do a good job with milestone markets (will X player score 20+, etc.). If you're choosing between them, Gamdom had noticeably better odds in my tests.

ToonieBet is basically not in the conversation for SGPs yet. Super limited.

Happy to share the spreadsheet for anyone interested in the full breakdown. Also open to pushback if your experience has been different, I only tested during regular season games so playoff availability might vary.

TLDR: Stake is the best for NBA SGPs in Canada right now, Play Alberta is a sleeper pick for Albertans, bet365 is the most user-friendly, and PowerPlay/Coolbet are basically the same sportsbook
