High stims dose after supression

Hi I am turning 42 i august… have PCOS but I have seen in two rounds I don’t tend get OHSS. Im starting Stims 3rd round now.

So my doctor is starting me on 450 Gonal F after suppression.

Some history- I make blasts but no euploids.

I’m willing to try this because first was a low stimulation second was mid to high, and why not try the full blast… BUT all studies online are showing higher doesn’t get better results.

I trust my doctor he cares and he seems good. But i’m just curious .. i know more doesn’t always mean better .. but he might be playing a numbers game ?

Last time was 350 for 5 days then 450 then trigger + the shot to ensure no early ovulation.. 5 eggs, 4 blasts.

The first was a totally different protocol so I won’t mention it.

I can only afford one more round after this. Ivf isn’t covered by insurance.

So I might do a super low stimulation in the last round if I even get there.

Anyway I hope this makes sense.
