Why to waste 30-40 lakh in India for bdes when I can go abroad ???

paying 30-40 lakhs to pvt doesnt make any sense to me so I had question why should not I go to study design abroad ? in tokyo, china, Singapore, west etc ? I know that the it will cost me more than 40 lakh but still the experience and exposure will be faar better than pvt college in india. I am planning to take admission in pvt where I am getting scholarship and there I will build good portfolio and apply for abroad. what do you guys think ? also any insight on studying design abroad ???
