questions regarding early kit

hi guys, his animations and kit were revealed recently (and he's so fking good) so I'm wondering, based on early kit, is he viable on freeze teams? I only have a c0r0 ayaka, and since I don't have shenhe my last spot on freeze teams it's always mona, so it could be nice to use the hexerei resonance as a bonus.

so, what do you guys think? could he be viable? any thoughts are welcome 🙂‍↕️
