I need Lich help

So I’m totally new to the Kuva scene and I’m trying to get a Kuva larvling to spawn on Cassini but I can’t do it. I’m really confused as to why it won’t work. I do the capture part in under a minute and the lights never flicker. I’m MR 13 and have long since completed the War Within. Any help is greatly appreciated! 🫠
