sc category overall rank 11804 Total vacancies 162 Delhi vacancy 25 For the same category SC

DO THEY ASK FOR STATE PREFERENCE IN DV? IF yes how they allocate the candidate? If according to rank I have just analysed that only sc category candidates who got good rank than me are only 2 if I put delhi as my first preference will I get it?
