Fucked up in btech , 3 years passed , think I am done

I was a good student in school cleared jee also , got into top7 iits circuits branch. Fucked there, fucked later also. Now 3 years have passed. Got a 50k job ( going to start in 2 months). My friends are earning lakhs and switching , going sde 2,3 . I feel like I am too late. Can’t study also. Make a plan and then drop it after 2 ,3 days only

.Started Smoke cigs weeds. Wanted to write more but can’t . I can’t even expresss myself. Writing this post feels like a task. Eat one meal a day mostly. Body is also thin, loosing hair.used to scroll insta 6-7 hours day. Uninstalled it , found Reddit. And it seems a better place.

I am writing all this to maybe I found someone like me or have gone through similar phase for this time period (2 3 years). Maybe someone’s advice is what I need.
