Dad died a week before his second marriage, can his girlfriend claim inheritence bcz they were engaged ?

Legal Advice Needed

My (20M) parents have been divorced for the past 6 years. My dad (50M) had been dating this lady(55f) for around 10 years I guess. They were never married but had been living together for quite a while. Recently my sperm donor passed away, but he was engaged to this woman.

So I wanted to ask: would she be entitled to any inheritance just because they were engaged? They were about to get married in a few weeks, but fortunately that didn’t happen. I think she might try to manipulate details about the marriage and present herself as married to claim inheritance also as per new live-in relationship laws can she legally claim as married woman ?

As the only child, what are my inheritance rights?

She is still living in the house owned by my dad can I kick her out?
