No signal in vehicle

Anyone else ever had problems with your Sirius XM signal in your vehicle? I got a new vehicle to me and I only get channels 0 and 1. Channel 0 shows the ID and channel 1 just says “no signal.” Anyway to fix this myself? I have already tried to get a signal refresh and still nothing has changed. Trying to see if anyone else has had this problem and what you did to fix it. Thank you.
