Using NeoMoonlight & Apollo. My PC is using a RTX3080. I've been streaming to AVP trying to play games like Overwatch and my average host latency is around 6-8ms. Anything to do to lower latency?

Its JUST a bit too much to play competitive BUT its so close. Its really not that far off.

Using the virtual display option in Apollo

Resolution is 3440x1440p

Bitrate is 100Mbps - this really doesnt affect much for me no matter how much I adjust it, latency wise

Encoding is HEVC - cant use AV1 since I dont have a 4000 series gpu

Anything else to try to lower latency?
