Error message and lots of my functions suddenly unavailable

Warning messages currently unavailable. Obsevrve warning lamps.

I have no cruise control - it turned itself off during my journey and I can’t see my current kWh/100km.

Anyone know whats happened and how I can fix?

I tried getting out of the car to turn off and reset but didnt work.
