School's Hi Hats

I'm a secondary school student and I play drums in school. My drum kit in school currently doesn't have a hi hat. Does anyone know where I could get a cheap cheap used/old hi hat in Ireland (like 10 - 15 euros max) for my school?

I've looked on a few second hand online retailers and tomorrow I am going to go to a few music and pawn shops. Is there a better way to get a cheap used his hat?
