Advice for studying - Radiography Apprenticeship

I have just started a Radiography Apprenticeship and looking for some advice on studying.

I am not academic at all and really struggle with revising/researching/essay writing. My background is in PET/CT so I'm basically starting from the ground up when it comes to projectional knowledge and I dont even know where to start.

Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated - from a very anxious student 😂
