[PC] [2000's] "i spy" mystery game

Notable characters: You play as a blonde haired woman. I believe her father makes an appearance multiple times, he is even unconscious in one level and you have to play "i spy" in the scene. I believe there's a brown haired boy that she has a crush on (possibly) that also shows up in a few dialogues.

Notable gameplay mechanics: Mainly "i spy" type mechanics, some levels are puzzles like matching wires or placing a glass eye into a fish fountain's eye.

Other details: The game follows a story line, I don't remember if it's a murder mystery. The main character is trying to unravel something about her family. I distinctly remember a level where you're outside on the train tracks, a level where you're on top of a light house and you have to place a glass eye into a fish's eye socket. The fish is stone and it's a part of a fountain. Once you place the glass eye into the fish's socket, the fountain works again and I want to say it reveals a key stuck in the drain. There's a level where you're in your dad's (?) office. Most of all these levels are "I spy" type games. They give you a checklist and you have to find the items by clicking on them. There was also a jungle level where the main character and the guy she has a crush on enters an abandoned maze like pyramid in the middle of the jungle.
