Signing with hand disability

My husband was injured in an explosion in Afghanistan and lost most of his right hand he does still have his pinky and ring finger that work. His hearing was severely damaged and we we would like to learn ASL to help with communication. What is the best way to go about finding a program to teach him one handed or limited two handed signing?
