What’s the quickest I can speak to a recruiter than expect to start this career.

I’m 31 and decided to change my life up. I’ve quit my job as my wife and I were planning to move at the end of the month already. We are packing everything in our house and my last obligation will be to move her to our new place. We currently live in Wisconsin and moving to Missouri. I was unsure if I could join Army from another state and if so realistically how quick that process happens. No drugs or medical problems to worry about. Willing to accept just an 11B but airborne/rasp interests me but want to be realistic. I have worked construction for 11 years and am fitter than most 18 year old kids with great cardio. I understand it’s not about strength. Willing to walk into the recruiter than get on a bus but I understand it’s a waiting game. What’s the general timeline from talking to a recruiter to ending up at Meps? Thank you
