S22 screen absurdly expensive. Why?

I am a right-to-repair advocate and I love what ifixit stands for. I have purchased their tools and other things before. With that said:

  • S22 screen currently priced at €242.95.
  • Somehow, Samsung S22+ screen is much cheaper, priced at €169.95.

Seriously? is selling screens for a 4yo smartphone at 250€ part of the repair philosophy?

On top of that, it is absurd. They are selling a bigger screen, of a more expensive and demanded device (same brand and year), much cheaper.

Very disappointed, to be honest.
