Got scammed after ordering from Smytten – scammers had my exact order details. Any way to recover money?

I recently had a really bad experience and I’m hoping someone here can guide me on what I can do next.

I placed an order on Smytten, and after that, I received a call from someone claiming to be from their support team. What’s scary is that they had my exact order details, including the order amount, which made it seem completely legit.

They told me that my payment was “stuck” and that my order wouldn’t be processed unless I paid again. They asked me to send the payment via a QR code. The first QR didn’t work, so they sent another one.

Since I thought Smytten isn’t a very big platform and maybe their support system is like this, I trusted them and made the payment. That turned out to be a huge mistake — I’ve clearly been scammed.

Now I feel really stupid for falling for this, but the fact that they had all my order details is very concerning.

Has anyone faced something similar?

Is there any way to recover the money?

Should I contact my bank, file a cybercrime complaint, or both?

Any specific steps that actually worked for someone?
