Need support getting mkwii online on PC

I remember I used to have it set up where I needed to use my NAND file plus some other things but I forget. I also remember you could get retro rewind running online this way as well

if somebody could help me get this working on base game and also help me get it set up on rr it would be a huge help. thank you
