If your friend was 45 minutes late to plans, would you leave? (Info below)

Friend and I planned to meet at 1:30. At 1:45 they texted me that they’re leaving soon and ETA is 2:15 ish

Plans aren’t time dependent (except it’s lunch and I’m hungry) and ugh I was so tempted to just leave but I’ve stayed. What would you have done?
