Sniper mains please give me feedback and any practice drills that helped you improve in quickscoping

Whenever i miss the first shot i tend to panic and choke hard. Especially as an snd player, it's frustrating dying in a winnable engage

I can hit really good clips but there's no consistency and if i miss 1 or 2 shots in a direct gunfight i mess up real bad and get cooked. Like each missed shot makes the next shot more frantic and less accurate

i especially needs tips for when an smg/shotgun player manages to flank me and disengaging isn't possible. i know i can just melee them but there's no fun in that. i need better movement to ruin their aim in close quarters
