Advice prepping before starting hrt

Hello it’s been on my mind for a while. Finally found a place that I might call up for an appointment. But I was thinking of telling them that I want to get checked for any unknown underlying conditions I might or might not have before starting hrt. Did anyone of you ever get something like that done before starting ?? Did you ever think about that ? I think allot about that and it’s really
