Cfa level 2 guide

I passed level 1 without going too much in depth. Quants subject coverage was minimal infact. How much of level 1 subjects will i need to regularly catch up on while studying level 2?

A friend told me that for level 2, level 1 quants basics (which are in the books but not covered in exam) are much needed
