Northwich Sauna

Hi, I'm thinking about travelling to visit Sauna Sauna in Northwich at the weekend. Would anyone who has been on a Saturday afternoon recommend it as worth the effort? I know from other saunas that the number and type of people in can always change, but is there a reasonable chance of there being under 40s around, or is it generally an older crowd this place attracts on Saturdays?
