Am i good?

So i suck at video games ive been gaming for over a decade and im still hard stuck bronze in every game i play but yesterday something insane happened i decided i wanted to test out some ranked Fortnite and i started going insane i was getting top 10 most of the time i won a couple times and i started yesterday bronze 1 now im at plat 2 all in less than 24hrs 11 ranks in one day is that ridiculous or normal? It is in zero build so the skill is lower but i still feel like going 11 ranks in less than a day is wild i would play builds but i put my hand in a dogs mouth and i got nerve damage in my middle finger of my keyboard hand so i can't really build anymore i used to be good at it but not anymore
